A few years back, I stumbled upon a treasure chest of statement necklaces that I never imagined existed. Trendy fashion necklaces in a variety of styles and colors, and for a price that fits the bill. Where did I find such a place? At JC Penny. Over the years, their fashion jewelry collection has grown precipitously. In fact, one of my standby outfit makers is a faux turquoise necklace that I purchased from JC Penny during that first "magical" visit. Now, as I search for a great necklace to compliment my ensemble for an upcoming holiday wedding, I have found myself torn between multiple options at JCP. Here are a few that I am weighing out as options - you will notice that I am leaning towards gold/silver combo necklaces which I think convey more of the holiday theme. However, the hammered hematite is also enticing...
As you can see, I am gravitating towards the heavier metal necklaces for the holidays, and the round beads, which look a bit like Christmas ornaments without being too obvious.
Is this necklace for the navy BCBG LTB dress? I wore it with brushed silver, but I think the gold will be a good holiday flare.

It is, in fact, for the BCBG dress. I plan to purchase one or two of the necklaces and try them out with the dress to decide which works best.
