Weekly Recap and the Best Hoodie...

By Jessie

Weekly Fitness Recap:
Monday: After a late night on Sunday at Madonna, I had to sleep in. I was able to squeeze in 4 miles with Matilda before book club (book selection was the Steve Jobs autobiography)
Tuesday: 6.3 miles with morning run club
Wednesday 24 hour flu...no morning run. Felt better throughout the day, and did manage to do Kettlebells+Circuit at Balance Fitness
Thursday: 5.5 miles with morning run club
Friday: Hot Power Fusion at Corepower Yoga with David K.
Saturday: 11.3 miles with Calhoun Beach Running Club- beautiful day for a run! Then an hour of walking at airport dog park with the below pretty lady and her new bff Isis, the Vizsla puppy
Sunday: 4 easy miles with Matilda, C2 (heated vinyasa) at Corepower Yoga with Dusters (teacher Chelsea J)

Overall, it was a decent week with about 30 miles of running, 2 yoga classes, and 1 day of strength training. I wanted to squeeze in a second day of strength, but just didn't have time...though I did weave through the crazy crowds, and carry around several packages at the MOA today for some early Christmas shopping; that should count for something!

(LL, your Christmas presents are ready to go! Can't wait to give them to you!)

This week I also discovered the Reebok Burnout Stripe Hoodie. I'm not usually drawn to Reebok apparel, but this "yoga" hoodie looked really comfy, so I had to try it out.

It's long enough that's it's flattering with leggings, and the subtle stripes are a nice touch. It has now become part of my "uniform" post-workout. I liked it so much I ended up purchasing it in both turquoise and pink. If the shoe fits, wear it!  I really like the longer length, yet it's not so baggy that you're swimming in it.

You can find it:
Dick's Sporting Goods for $40

That's it from Jess for the week- I hope you all are having a wonderful weekend, and..

Happy Veteran's Day from the Right Fits!
