Featured Fit: 27 No-Equipment Exercises for Home

As a follow up to my recent post about 15 Minutes to Great Abs, I wanted to share a few other exercises that I came across through Fitbie on MSN.com.

With the cold setting in recently, I have not been brave enough to run outside (negative temps - hell no!). So, I have been taking full advantage of our new elliptical. (Read about my search for the right elliptical here.) But an elliptical is only part of the workout. I try to add a variety of toning exercises at the end of my cardio routine on the elliptical (currently, that is 30-50 minutes).

After a few days of testing, I wanted to recommend to all of you these exercises: 27 No Equipment Exercises. From pushups to reverse lunges to jump squats, these exercises are perfect to add to the end of a short run or after a cardio class. They are similar to some of the exercises that you will experience in a yoga sculpt class.

Try them out. Maybe add them after your 15 minute abdominal workout (as provided above).
